I am very pleased with my new Frigidaire refrigerator. I like the use of glass shelving. The two fresh food draws are easy slide and hold a lot of produce. I am happy with the meat drawer that can be slid to either side of the refrigerator. The door shelves are sturdy and hold quite a few condiments. Because of their width they can also hold things such as butter containers and left over containers. The freezer is spacious and with the adjustable metal rack I can store multiple sizes if frozen goods. Overall I am very satisfied with my 18 cu. Ft. Frigidaire refrigerator.

Bought from and installed by a non big box store...installed within 48 hours of purchase...over a Sunday.This is a BEAUTIFUL refrigerator, put into a smaller condo as THE refrigerator of the house. No children, no pets. Otherwise I would be afraid the glossy front finish might be abused/scratched easily.It got FREEZING COLD very fast, thankfully. Very pretty item at a very reasonable price.Made ice in 5.5 hours after installation. AMAZING. Not silent, but reasonably quiet.My only complaint to FRIGIDAIRE is the refrigerator had SO MUCH NON REMOVABLE Tape on it. I spent about 2 hours over 4 days removing tape glue as I kept finding it. PLEASE USE TAPE WHERE THE GLUE STICKS TO THE TAPE BUT DOES NOT REMAIN ON THE OUTSIDE FINISH OR THE INSIDE SHELVING when the tape is removed.

As far as a refrigerator goes, the name really says it all Frigidaire. Frigidaire is the name that has been around in cooling appliances for decades and has a well-earned reputation of reliability and practicality. We bought this refrigerator specifically because it was a Frigidaire product. There were others for the same price, but because of our experience with the reliability and functionality of our other Frigidaire appliances which own. And, we are happy with our purchase.

I needed a wide, functional, garage ready refrigerator for my newly renovated garage. This was perfect for the space. Nice and wide for party platters. I did not choose the ice maker on purpose o not involve plumbing. It was as simple as: delivered, plugged in, and GO! Very happy with product.

I am in love with my new Frigidaire refrigerator! It has plenty of shelf and door space, plus the crisper and deli drawers. The freezer is large and has a shelf, which I feel, gives me twice as much space. It runs quietly and the temperature, when set at midrange, is perfect. Would definitely recommend this product!!

I got this fridge for my apartment & it™™s the perfect size for my medium sized kitchen. It™™s small enough to fit in a standard apartment kitchen, but super spacious to fit everything I need. The sliding deli drawer and large door shelves are my favorite features. The only downside to this fridge is how s the fruit/vegetable drawers are. They are tiny! So just beware that you can™™t fit much in those drawers. If those drawers were bigger, this fridge would be perfect!

This item was delivered to us on September 17 2025 brand new. For a couple of weeks it worked fine. Unfortunately the freezer stopped working followed quickly by the refrigerator. It took almost 2 weeks to get a service appointment only to be told it needs multiple parts to fix that would have to be ordered. Another week and a half for parts to come in and service can™™t come back til December 2nd. Sadly my daughter™™s wedding was inconvenienced and Thanksgiving is pretty much ruined. I felt the service staff was indifferent . I can™™t rate as this can™™t even get 1 star.

This is a very good refrigerator. I've owned Frigidaire appliances in the past and never had a problem with any of them. The freezer keeps everything frozen, and the fridge keeps all the food, drinks, fruit, vegetables, etc. cold and fresh. Easy to clean and plenty of shelves too! My fiancà needs to replace the unit in her garage, and I recommended she purchase the one I have in my kitchen.

My Frigidaire, 18 cf refrigerator quit cooling the first of August, 2025. The technician came out and defrosted a part. The refrigerator was still under warranty at that time. 30 days later, it quit cooling again, but was past the warranty date. Since it was the same problem, customer service said they would warrant it. A technician came out again and said it needed a fan assembly and said to call customer service when the part arrived. After 3 more visits over a 6 week period, we still did not receive the part needed for repair. There was a lot of excuses by customer service and gave me very little information.I finally had to buy another refrigerator for my tenant since the Frigidaire was not repaired. After further phone calls to customer service, on Nov. 3 I was told the refrigerator would be replaced. I was given a replacement ticket number and was told I should receive an email in 7 to 10 business days telling me what to do next. I called 10 business days later, after receiving no email, I was told the replacement was denied by a "designated team". Customer Service was kind enough to offer a "goodwill service call" by another technician to determine the problem. WHAT A JOKE Frigidaire and their customer service is.

Purchased this to replace a 21 year old refrigerator; I have a fixed space in an older home and my new Frigidaire has more room inside than my previous one even though that was 0.7 cu ft larger. Easily adjustable shelves both in the freezer and refrigerator. You can easily see everything inside; the door bins for both freezer and refrigerator are very deep which is awesome. In the last 3 years, I now have replaced my microwave, upright freezer and now refrigerator with All Frigidaire!! Very please with the quality and features!!
