I purchased the washer and dryer in this model along with the matching pedestals 14 months ago. After two months the washer quit working and was repaired under warranty. A week later the dryer would not get hot. As of writing this review I am on my fourth repair call for this dryer. It seems a sensor keeps going bad. Since it is now out of warranty LG would like me to pay $350+ in advance for the repairs. After several phone calls to LG they said they would pay for the repair. We will call you in 24 to 48 hours to set up a time A week later.....nothing.

Very happy with our purchase. Love the modern technology especially the AI. No more tossing a wet cloth in to remove wrinkles because this appliance has steam fresh mode. Just downloaded the app too for even more modern appliance features.

Bought over a month ago and it dries well. The steam and wrinkle release are great. The buttons are touch screen so they feel like they might break easily.
