Bought this to stack my clothes wash and dry machines. Fits as advertised. Went with the brand name as opposed to generic for cheaper. Figured quality mattered with stacked machines. The braces are basic molded steel. Only two screws hold it in place with double sided tape pads holding down the front end. Works good enough but if push came to shove just about anything will compare well to these.

Ordered washer/dryer pair and stacking bracket direct from LG. Price was same as big box stores plus no additional charge for delivery setup and haul away which was great. However stacking bracket delivered separately and delivery/setup contractor would not install due to bracket not being included on their truck company policy. Delivery contractors were quite friendly and did leave the necessary hose connections but it would have been ideal if I did not have to install everything myself.
Overall the bracket installation was relatively painless. Solid steel versus plastic offerings from other mfgs. The stacked dryer unit sits tight on top of the washer with no alarming amount of vibration occurring during the washers final spin. Id definitely recommend this item if planning for a stacked W/D setup.

The kit arrived with no screws but other than that it works fine. The sticky pad kept me from opening the washer detergent drawer at first.

I purchased the stacking kit directly from LG and separately from Best Buy. Best Buy said that the kit would not be available for my stackable LG washer/dryer until mid-January. I ordered it directly and it arrived a couple of weeks before Best Buy was able to deliver the washer/dryer units. However - when the contractors delivered the unit this week they gave me a bit of a problem installing the stacking unit because I didnt purchase it at Best Buy. The stacking unit is terrific.

I purchased the stacking kit to stack my new LG Washer and Dryer in my very small laundry room and it was so simple to put on then put the dryer on top. This is my 2nd sect of LG Washer and Dryers that I used the stacking kit so I am a firm believer of LG products not only for quality but for simple installations. No Rocket Science here just quality.

Despite ordering this bracket and a stackable washer and dryer a full month ago I still cant tell if it is any good. Weve received 3 irreparably dented washer/dryers and now have one slightly dented washer sitting waiting to be hooked up on the off chance that the 5th unit we are sent somehow isnt dented. In the meantime we still havent received a refund for the first pair of units we were sent in other words weve loaned LG a few thousand dollars for a month for the privilege of having no working laundry.

We bought this stacking kit for our front load washer and dryer in Aug 2021. It is now Oct 2022 and this has been such a game changer for our tiny laundry room. Being able to stack the dryer on top of the washer allowed room for our extra upright freezer in the tiny space--which was such a helpful solution as we had nowhere else to put the freezer. Installation had its tricky moments but I dont think this was an install that required YouTube guidance as we often defer to these days but dont feel badly if you need a little YouTube guidance with your install

We needed to stack washer and dryer and I was worried how solid this will be it was an easy install and the dryer on top of the washer is locked solid into place. No worries.

I wanted to add a half-bath and had to take room from my laundry area. This stacking attachment was vital. I was so pleased that you had exactly what I needed I am now able to use my stacked washer/dryer and have the convience of the second toilet and sink. Im one happy woman.

We ordered the stacking kit rom LG to stack our washer and dryer to save space in our small laundry room very easy to assemble and dryer fits snuggly and securely on top of the washing machine. There is no movement or vibration from them being stacked we love it

I installed this kit to stack my new LG washer and Dryer. However I do not trust the kit because gas dryer could come loose with the vibration and shaking that can happen with an unbalanced washer load. Only the back part screws in and front is just adhesivefront should have some screws into washer. I added a cargo strap around the whole unit to hold them together. I feel this unit also needs anti-tip straps included as well. This would be a must in earthquake zone.
