bought it 2 years ago and 3 burners do not heat. I dont know if that is the result of water overflowing from cooking and ruining the heating element. They offered me a 15 discount on my next LG. Thats a Joke

This LG cooktop has every setting a gourmet cook could want but for me a hate-to-be-in-the-kitchen cook it is a true godsend. I no longer boil over my pasta water have a warming plate to save me when my meat cooks faster than my vegetables. It is remarkable with technology that makes every meal easy and - even for me - fun.

LG former customer 8/17/2022

Nice features loved it but only worked for 1 year before the control panel stopped working. Unit was still within its 2 year warranty agreement stated in owners manual and service agreement but LG would not replace or repair the unit. Still fighting to get my money back since the unit was under warranty. Will not be purchasing another product from LG again

Im happy with the upgrade and making effort with getting acclimated to cooktop. It is hard to make it look squeeky clean there seems to be a film over it. I look forward to reviewing it again after a year to confirm how it holds up.

21 century cooking

We recently renovated the kitchen and replaced our 1962 cooktop with this LG cooktop. It was an amazing leap into the future. In the space we had 4 burners we now have 4 burners and a warning burner. Love the feature where the hot light stays on until the burner cools. The controls were easy to master. Extremely happy with this new cooktop.

Clean and stylish upgrade.

Bringing the kitchen to a more modern look has been achieved with this LG cooktop. The unit was easy to install but does require a dedicated 40 amp. 240/220-volt circuit with #10 wire. Being only a month old I have found this cooktop to work flawlessly. I love the even heat and the option of the dual burners. Cleaning the unit has been easy to achieve and looks great. The only drawback I have found is adjusting the temperature settings. Having sight issues the 1-9 main touch pad would have been nice if it were more illuminated instead of just the power on only. The individual power illumination for each burner is great. Other than that I am very satisfied with the cooktop.
