I have not received the washing machine that I purchased. Customer blames the shipping company and has never followed up with me on locating the shipment. The shipping agent is equally non responsive. All I get is call back in two days. I am extremely disappointed. I thought I was purchasing a quality product from a quality company. I cant review the product but the customer service is terrible.

At the time of this writing the washer deserves 5 stars. The delivery/installation crew deserves 1 star. They missed the 4 hour delivery window by 45 minutes. By the time they got to our neighborhood they went to a house 2 houses down and on the wrong side of the street. They left 2 scratches on the front of the washer. All that wasnt nearly as bad as the fact they neglected to connect the drain hose to the drain pipe so after our first wash the laundry room flooded.

I recently purchased an LG Washing Machine. It was my first purchase of an LG product but I was reassured by my daughter that LG products were of excellent quality. She has had her front loading LG Washing Machine for 20 years and it is still going strong. I purchased a top loader without an agitator. I love how it weighs the clothes so the water level matches the size of the load. This feature is especially helpful in keeping our water bill under control. It is very attractive and I love showing it to my friends. Laundry day is more enjoyable now.

LG CS reps need better training updated manuals

Needed to replace an 11-year old LG having multiple UnEven load issues. Researched found that despite complaints of rotor sensor suspension issues LG is still rated as the most reliable washer in CR magazine at online shopping sites. So I went for another LG washer purchased this model WT6100CW. HOWEVER the LG Owner Manual print pdf online does NOT correctly describe how to run the Installation Check test cycle for the WT6100. Tried to follow the directions on Page 15 multiple times nothing happened. 1st called to LG Customer Service. 40 minutes of polite but useless back forth. LG customer service reps need better training their manuals need to be up-to-date. 2nd called the seller the rep offered to send out a service tech for free to check the unit reminded me that I could return replace or exchange the washer within 15 days of purchase. 3rd downloaded the LG ThinQ app ran that diagnostic which reported everything OK screenshot attached. 4trh spent an hour online found a You-Tube video describing a similar Installation Check problem with an LG WT7xxx model finally got my unit to perform Installation Test. Result = no flashing LEDs = Installation OK. Bottom Line: neutral about LG appliances +3 stars dont like poorly written manuals -1 star hate LG customer service -1 stars Total rating = 1 star.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Has not worked properly since the day it was delivered. Company has a garbage warranty and worse service department. I wish I could launch it through the front door of every person who works for this garbage. I will never buy another LG product or from any company affiliated with their Manufactuing of this useless garbage.

After 2 weeks of use we are very happy with this purchase. It runs well and is very quiet. I dont know if this is a problem but the detergent/softener dispenser does not drain completely when the cycle is over. That is the only issue. The washer does have ample room and cycles for our use.
