let me start off by saying i will be updating this review as i get to know this new oven. so far i have no major complaints about the oven itself. what i am commenting on is the subpar installation and so-so response from samsung/xpo.
let me ask everyone one simple question. when you have a new appliances installed, shouldn't it be installed correctly with all the parts? i thought so; however, that's not the case with the items i purchased. i'd like to know how do you miss install steps on a checklist?
tbf, i do understand that the installers have a laundry list of deliveries and installs, but all i want is everything installed correctly without getting the run-around or dumb excuses. i'm still waiting for someone to call and make this right. will it happen?

Works well and looks great. The only faults I have found are that the sound of the timer is very soft and hard to hear (we are old), and when the front burners are set on high, the flame is so wide that many of my pots do not cover it and I have to use a lower setting. I like that it is easy to clean.

burner knobs are made of a cheap plastic. purchased my range back in may 2021. all but two knobs remain intact. not designed to withstand heat generated by this oven. plastic burner knobs are not in line with this ovens price point. should of come with durable stainless steel knobs that match the overall craftsmanship of this range.
having a difficult time sourcing aftermarket stainless steel burner knobs that fit. would highly recommend this product, if it were not for the cheap plastic burner knobs.

My wife convinced me that we needed a new range. Being the good husband, I let her choose. She chose this Samsung NX60T8311 gas range with convection. She tells me that convection is better. So, if she's happy, I'm happy.... and she is very happy. It was very easy to install, it looks good, and the fingerprint resistant finish is a must. The range always seems to look clean without fingerprints. The edge to edge grates make it easy to move around pots and pans. Not like our old gas range where the grates would slide around and cause spills. This model has a built in griddle top, so we no longer have to pull out the heavy cast iron griddle when its pancake day. Now the really cool stuff... You can use the Smart Things app (or Google or Alexa) on your phone to check on and control cook time and temperature of the oven. So yeah, she (we) can on then oven to preheat while doing other tasks around the house. So far I cannot find any "cons" to owning this range.

This Samsung range is the best new appliance in the our home. The burner selection and placement are just in the right spots. The oven is just spot on with temperature control. Cookies come out just perfect. The burner control is very precise, they also light very quickly. The burner sizes are great for where they are. You can have complete control of multiple meals without stumbling over each other.

the model has a fire hazard problem as the slide-in model has a oven vend in the back that is less than 4 inches distance from the back burner, this way food and grease easily deposit in that area and will catch on fire when using the oven. the manual - under fire safety session - said in pag 8 to regularly clean the vents. the problem is that there are two grates on top of the vent that are locked and no way to unlocked unless completely removing the range from location to access the back of the oven and them, remove the protection metal part in the back to access the brackets that look these grate. not an easy task for doing it regularly.

A huge item for me is the igniters and these worked perfect each and every time. The features from the LED screen are awesome, but why can't we do those settings from the App all we can do is pre-heat. The burners are a bit small the burners I had prior to this model had an extra large and small burner on the right and this one has avg size but still a tiny one on the back of that burner. Not 100% happy with that. This larger burner was vital for the larger pots when cooking our larger family meals. Cleaning the stove has been easy, but I wouldn't say super easy for 1 KEY reason. You can't dishwash any of the stove burners/caps and grates. I loved that in my past unit and will now have to actually hand clean (which wastes more water). Now onto the solid items we tried so many variations of dishes to bake and the remote pre-heat yes so so basic, but I can pre-heat the moment I think of dinner option and help save us time. All these options and Oven modes makes ANY dish no problem for this stove! The nice large size also makes those big yummy lasagna a breeze.
I recommend that Samsung add 3 items to the app.
Option to Lock panel from App
Option to notify if light is on from App
Option to set all of the Control Panel Options from the App.
Imagine your baking something and it requires for the last 10 minutes to be cooked at half heat. You could set a timer get notification on app then go into the app drop down the temp or even changing the mode to Keep warm.

Received my Samsung Gas Range with Convection & WiFi on Monday and started telling friends to come over to see how pretty it looked. Needless to say I was excited! I made some Chili that night for dinner and I love that there are both large & small burners. The next morning I tried out the center griddle and made me some pumpkin spice pancakes. They were awesome! That evening I tried out the oven and made some pumpkin spice chocolate chip muffins....they cooked even and were delish! I am excited to use the dehydrate feature soon and dehydrate some apples. Yes, all the fall vibes here and this range arrived just in time for all the cooking and baking of all the cozy comfort foods! Thanks Samsung for such a great gas range that is not only functional but beautiful!

Im not sure where to begin. this is an amazing stove. the stove top grates feel strong no matter how big the pot is I pot in it. The turkey turned out amazing. there was soo much room in there with a 12lb turkey I could have fit 2. I like the app. its so nice being able to adjust the oven temp as needed. I will say that my man had a little difficulties setting it up but after that it was easy to use. the color and finish are easy to clean. I have only good things to say about it.

I have baked, broiled, convection baked, sauteed, griddled & proofed bread dough. I've shut the oven off with my phone while baking a casserole when I was walking the dog too.
The built in griddle is a bonus, one less dish &easy to use. I prepared grilled cheese sandwiches on it. It was easy to clean. I hope to use this to cook tortillas & warm premade tortillas mostly.
I've accidentally turned off the oven reaching for the microwave above & stirring pots on the rear burners. How to convert recipes baking times/temp for convection would be helpful as well.
I give 4 out of 5 stars due to the front panel so sensitive to being accidentally turned off & vague operating manual.

My wife and I received this Samsung Gas Range with Confection and have to tell you it has been great !! She loves cooking and loves cooking / baking even more now that she has this. I love eating all her culinary creations so it's a win-win! I am the pancake cook and I have to say I just love the griddle on the stove. I was afraid the black top on the stove would be hard to keep clean but it has been a breeze. This stove has some very substantial professional looking grates which makes this a stunning piece in our kitchen. The convection feature speeds up the baking time which means I get to eat the yummies even sooner....yay for me!

This Samsung Range is sleek and aesthetically really beautiful. The convection oven feature cooks fast and saves me and my family time. We are able to cook larger sized items, due to the overall large size of the oven. The burners work smoothly and there is a griddle that gives me extra space to cook. I love the wifi feature, however, due to safety reasons, you are unable to preheat the oven remotely. For that reason, I am giving the oven 4 out of 5 stars. I would recommend this product to my family and friends.

I was needing an upgrade to my current gas range, and since I had such good luck with other Samsung appliances this was the first brand that I opted for. First, the must haves - gas, convection, griddle, and at least one "power burner" for speed heating. The NX60T8311 covers all those bases and more. With the huge 6.0 cu.ft. interior capacity, I was able to fit the 25 lb. turkey for Thanksgiving dinner. What a great concept to be able to monitor the cook time and temperature using the SmartThings App on my phone - no more sitting in the the kitchen, watching and waiting. I was also able to pre-heat the oven on my way home from work on several occasions - what a time saver. My previous oven had rear controls, and this one has front controls which took a little getting used to, but I like the front controls much better. I didn't realize that a "bread proofing" option was actually a thing, but I use it at least once a week. I also really think that the edge to edge burners are a must have. Some of my pots are quite large and with my previous range the grates slid around - that ended with this new range. The only issue was that after the installation, it didn't right up flush against the wall. My husband being a contractor fixed that immediately for me. Every day I use this range, I find another cool option that I didn't know I needed.

I love my new stove with the griddle. My oven is larger than my old one and easy to use. It. Love the stainless steel and black burners. We made pancakes and blintz on the griddle . We made a meatloaf in the oven. Made my turkey for Thanksgiving. Best turkey ever. The oven and stove are terrific. Lots of room inside the oven. Made all my side dishes with the burners. Can't say enough about this product. Best investment

After using this range for several months now I am pleased to say that I am well pleased. Only real issue that I have is that the timer is not very loud and you need to be close to watch your time. Maybe i am just used to others that are louder. I am slowly getting used to holding the lock button for longer time which seems different since most everything you do anymore seems to be instant. Other than that it is a well designed, sharp looking range. Would highly recommend this range to everyone!!

A great modern stove should work well and integrate all of the latest technology available today, and this stove knocks that out of the park. The wifi-enabled oven allows me to control and monitor my cook from my living room's comfort to the convection technology that turns my oven into an air fryer. This range allows me to cook great meals while not being tethered to the kitchen.
It delivers power. Everything heats up considerably faster than my previous range. And, if you're like me and you do a lot of steak or fajitas on the stove, which requires a hot cast iron skillet, this thing not only heats it quickly but keeps it roaring throughout.
It has also replaced my air fryer as the go-to for french fries, chicken tenders, or anything I would normally use with the air fryer. The convection is really good and gives whatever you're trying to air fry that crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside texture we all love.

We love our new stove so far! We desperately needed to upgraded our stove and we couldn't have made a better choice! This new gas range from Samsung far exceeds our expectations! Baking made simple. It preheats to your desired temperature is minuets. Literally, minuets! It also has a built in fan which helps cool down your kitchen. This is a great feature for us, because we have a very tiny cooking area. The design of this matches all our other appliances from Samsung. There's something about the modern stainless steel look that I just absolutely love! It all goes soo well together and makes for a clean and beautiful look. With the fingerprint resistance finish, it helps keep our stove clean and spot free! This stove has 4 small - medium sized burners and a large fifth one in the middle. The middle burner also has an optional griddle you can use if you so please. Although I personally haven't used it yet, I love the fact that this is a "smart appliance: and I have the ability to hook it up with the wifi and use Samsungs app on my phone or tablet. I really can't wait to try that out! Other features I haven't used yet, but I'm sure they will come in handy are the self cleaning mode and the bread proof mode. Overall, we are very sastified with our purchase and it was well worth the money! Easy to install, cooks everything very well and it looks stunning! The NX60T8311 Gas Range did not come to play! The middle griddle on the stove top makes room for more counter space while allowing the use of 4 burners at once. It is refreshing to not have any issues or delays when turning on the burners so now cooking is struggle free. My upgraded kitchen now looks even more complete with the stainless-steel exterior of the range. The self-cleaning function adds to easy clean-up and the oven heats my food up evenly and faster than before. Capacity is no issue and it makes me excited to use my range to cook my Thanksgiving turkey this year! The wifi compatibility just adds even more to the value, seeing as it can give me needed alerts on my phone when I need to briefly step away.

The Samsung Gas Range NX60T8311 is the best oven I had so far. From cooking to cleaning is a spectacular oven. Even though it is the same size as the old one I had, this one has more room to cook. The oven is bigger which means I can put more stuff to bake at one time. The conventional oven makes cooking faster. At the end just press a button and itself cleans, just wipe off after and is like new. The top burners are amazing, the fire is so much higher than my old one. Which means I am cooking faster and it is saving me lots of time. The finger resistance makes the oven look new all the time and you do not have to bother wiping clean. I do most of the cooking in this house and let me say it is the best oven I have had, and the modern style is so beautiful. I am truly happy with this oven, can not wait to have friends back to our house (to show off my new oven ;-)).

I have always been a fan of Samsung Appliances. When I first seen this stove I was so excited to try it out and see what it can offer. With the 6 cubic feet of space inside I knew the amount of possjbilities I had for cooking and baking. I love the convection option because I can now cook faster and food will just taste better. The digital interface is easy to use and the wifi capability allows me to check in on my cooking with an app on my phone. My favorite part of this is the middle of the stovetop having a griddle for cooking eggs, pancakes, or anything else my family enjoys.

Our new Samsung range is amazing! It looks great, cooks fast, and has tons of nifty features. It's easy to clean and is fingerprint-resistant.
I especially love the middle burner and swappable griddle. With edge-to-edge grates you don't have to worry about a pot being off-center and falling over either.
I love being able to monitor a cook from my phone too. Ever had to run an errand but couldn't because something was in the oven? Not a problem anymore!
I'd recommend this to anyone who wants an Oven from the 21st century.

This oven is amazing. The preheat on 350 is about 4 minutes. It gets up to whatever you set the temperature at in minutes! The burners boil water very quickly. The multiple functions it has is self explanatory and easy to use. The convection on this unit is amazing as well when cooking turkey. I just setup the WiFi function and that was a breeze. I can set the oven temperature and time on the app and send it to the oven. I am also alerted when the oven has preheated to the temperature I set it at. The locking function on this oven is a huge plus. It not only locks the buttons but it locks the door shut so it will now open. I highly recommend this oven to anyone in the market. Samsung has yet done it again!

I love my new range. This stove did not come to play. Via the stove top, my food is cooked faster and evenly. There's space enough for even larger pots. I love having the 5th burner as an option of keep my food warm. The conventional oven cooks foods faster and thoroughly and all the way through. Inside and out. I know some ovens the food can look done on the outside but still not ready in the inside. Well not with this oven. My food was cooked perfectly inside and out. You'll love this new range. I highly recommend it. It's also easy to keep clean. Just clean when done cooking. I find using a microfiber cloth is best. It won't leave any marks or residue.

I'm in love with my new range. I love the modern look of it. It has a large viewing window. The convection speeds up cooking and cooks your food evenly. The griddle is perfect to make a quick breakfast and easy clean up. The power burners are really quick, you can boil water in no time. The stove top are very easy to clean. It's also fingerprint resistant. The oven has a lot of space. I was able to bake a chicken and cook some macaroni at the same time, I could have put something else in there if I had to. Did I mention the wifi? What a great bonus! I'm looking forward to updating all my appliances to Samsung, great job!

I'm in love with my new range. I love the modern look of it. It has a large viewing window. The convection speeds up cooking and cooks your food evenly. The griddle is perfect to make a quick breakfast and easy clean up. The power burners are really quick, you can boil water in no time. The stove top are very easy to clean. It's also fingerprint resistant. The oven has a lot of space. I was able to bake a chicken and cook some macaroni at the same time, I could have put something else in there if I had to. Did I mention the wifi? What a great bonus! I'm looking forward to updating all my appliances to Samsung, great job!

love the design of this stove however the functionality is amazing. the burners make cooking easy and heat the pots evenly. we have made burgers on the grill to bread in the oven. the touch screen makes everything so much simpler. love that i can set a timer on the stove and alarms and sends notifications to my phone when the oven has reached the desired temperature set. my daughter is enjoying the air fryer. samsung has definitely put lots of thought into the design of this stove. my family and i can't imagine cooking on any other stove.

We were super excited to get our new gas range from Samsung and after using it for the first week, we couldn't be happier!
Baking is a breeze, literally. While the oven is preheating and baking, you can feel a slight breeze of cool air coming out of the back vent to cool down the unit and the kitchen. This is a great feature for our small kitchen. Speaking of preheating, this is THE FASTEST oven I have ever used. It preheats to high temps like 450 in no time! Only a few minuets and it's ready to go!
The design is beautiful, sleek and looks great next to our other appliances! The finger print resistant face is a great way to help keep it looking clean. The range is also simple and easy to clean.
It has five burners, with one in the middle, which is great for larger pans / griddles.
The built in oven light is super bright and can be turned off if needed.
The wifi capability is always cool to link it up to my smart phone and tablet.
The front panel looks beautiful, but it has taken a little getting used to. I also noticed that it is rather sensitive. I accidently turned it on while reaching over it to grab something from the cabinet above. The timer has also given us a little trouble, but it's just a matter of getting used to the new appliance.
Other features that I am looking forward to using are the bread proof feature, the broiler and the self clean mode.
Overall, we are very pleased with our purchase. It has cooked everything thoroughly and evenly. Installation was rather simple for never having installed a gas stove before. I would highly recommend this range from Samsung to anyone looking to upgrade this kitchen!

The Samsung Gas Range NX60T8311 is exceptional the best I have seen. The look is beautiful, the best is finger resistant. Do not have to be wiping clean every time you touch it. The middle grill is a plus especially when cooking breakfast. The capacity of the oven is huge, it has ⅓ more room of the old one I had. Even though it is the same size as the old one it feels more space to cook. The top has a powerful flame that cooks faster, cooking almost half the time I used too. It has a total of 57500 BTU no wonder is so powerful. The right front burner is only 17000 BTU which is great. The stove has not been tried yet but Thanksgiving is around the corner, and is going to be a great turkey for dinner. With a conventional oven I have no doubt it will be really good. Then it has wifi that you can control from your phone or even with Google Assistant, just incredible it blows my mind. The only one thing I did not like is when you lock the buttons so when you lean it does not turn on, you will also be locking the oven door. But you know it is something you can get used to with time. But I am just awed at what an amazing kitchen product I have now. I truly love this and it is the best thing I got for my kitchen.
